I'm a new patient and called trying to make an appointment just now and the person on the phone was very rude, constantly cutting me off, rude tone, didn't give me any details about my appointment then hung up on me. I will not be coming here.

Went in as the most nervous patient there ever was . EVER. I had two infected molars and I had avoided them for way too long. I even canceled from another dentist due to not being comfortable in their office or with their staff . Came to 29 dental and instantly felt like family . Was given so much respect and they tended to every single one of my needs and concerns . I just had both infected teeth removed last night .... I feel amazing . I go to get my stitches removed January 2 . The entire staff is amazing !!!!

Dr. Nguyen is a great dentist with a great staff. By far the kindest dentist I've ever met. Highly recommend.

CHANGE OF RATES AFTER SERVICE IS COMPLETED I had service done here on June 6, 2018. 9 months later, they called me stating I had a balance of $280. According to them, my insurance company downgraded my coverage. I called my insurance company and they told me they did not downgrade anything. According to their records, 29palms dental did not call authorizing the service upgrade and it was not accepted like they told me it was. Therefore, 9 months later, they decide to call me saying I owed them money and they have been trying to get ahold of me this intire time. I have no records of these "calls"... long story short. They lie, over charge, try and do service that you don't need and I highly recommend you go somewhere else.

I visited this office as a walk in and as as first time patient. I was greeted immediately and seen within 30 minutes. The staff was polite and genuinely concerned with my problem. I was xrayed and examined by the dentist and after all was done there was NO CHARGE. I gave 4 stars since I did not have an actual procedure done.

By far the best dentist I've been too by far, I moved down to Oceanside in the middle of my treatment and came back up to have everything completed. Very professional, they explain everything they're doing before they do.

I went in for an emergency and was handled quickly. I recommend them. Kelly was very informative with the attractions and so was the dr. I highly recommend them

Horrible Experience The first appointment we amazing! the follow up no so much. They didn't know why i was there, they said i needed extra x-rays, but realize I already had them. The assistance demanded to speak to my husband, I'm assuming to over rule my choice of leaving. Horrible, do not seek treatment here. I also reported them to United Concordia.

I would not recommend this dentist. I was told I needed two root canals and a cavity filled . I'm very glad I did not get around to scheduling it .it's been three years. I've had no dental problems and my current dentist has not made these recommendations .based on my experience and the reviews I've read, I think these people are up to no good .do yourself a favor and find a different dentist.

Stay away from this place! Dr.Lombardo is a con artist and will tell people they need some crazy work done that they really don't need (I've talked to *several* people who all have had the same experience). He told me I needed 3 fillings and a root canal. I got a second opinion and the dentist told me I needed NO root canal and only 1 filling. On top of lying to me, Dr.Lombardo was also extremely rude towards me once I let him know I would be going elsewhere to get all this work done that he was telling me I needed to get; very unprofessional. My advice to you is stay away from this office, and if you do still go and are told you need work done, get a second opinion with a reputable dentist.
