Dr. Karen Fields-Lever hails from Detroit, Michigan, graduating from the distinguished Catholic college preparatory school for young womenMercy High School. Dr. Fields-Lever completed her undergraduate educationatSpelmanCollege, with honors,receiving a Bachelors of Science in Biology Pre-Medicine. Soon after receiving her bachelors, Dr. Fields-Lever attended Dental School at Howard University College of Dentistry; it is there that she earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery. She completed residency at Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut. Dr. Fields is Forest Park Dentist.
Dr. Fields-Leverhas practicedfor the pastnineyears andrecentlycelebratedherthree-year anniversary for her own practice28 to BRUSHlocated in Forest Park, Illinois.The Practice experienced tremendous growthaccumulatingover 3,000 patients to date. In2016,shelaunched a mobile dentistry segment to the business providing oral healthserviceson-site at community centers and schools. This segment of her business now provides in-school services to over 16,000 students. Dr. Fields-Lever is currently involved in the American Dental Association (ADA), Illinois Dental Society, Chicago Dental Society (CDS),the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD)and International Association of Orthodontics.
Dr. Fields-Lever resides in the City of Chicago with her husband, DeJuan, andtwo daughters five-year old, London, and new bundle ofjoy, Lane. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family at Chicagos various attractions as well as retail therapy shopping!
Community service is very important to Dr. Fields-Lever, hence she manages to volunteer at several day care centers; such as My Little Angels and Montessori Spanish Immersionstressing the importance of oral health and proper oral care in early childhood. She has also paired with the Minority Student Organization of TritonCollege to educate students of oral health while encouragingstudents to pursue the health field as a career option. Dr. Fields-Lever acontributor and supports organizations such asthe KLEO Center, Urban Initiatives, Breakthrough Ministries and Spelman Alumnae Association. She is also a member of Jack & Jill Western Cook County Chapter.

The ladies at the front desk are always so nice. Someone always answers the phone as well. It doesn't take long to be seen and the entire staff including Dr.Fields are knowledgeable and kind.

Last day I had a toothache and I was in so much pain that I couldn't bear it. So I consult to my doc and she made me calm down and ask me for checkup. It was done so smoothly. I highly appreciate her kindness and professionalism.

I had a problem in my upper jaw. And I didn't know what to do. Then my bf called this 28 To Brush dental care. And they fixed our time immediately. My dentist was the nicest person who took proper care and did a proper treatment. Now I feel ok. She also gave few advice which I really appreciate.

In my opinion toothache is the worst nightmare. I faced this problem last year. But now I am totally ok. I got my treatment here in 28 To Brush. They are best.

the service was good as always. my only concern is the people doing the x-rays who do not change their Gloves while doing the x-ray. They are putting the device into my mouth; then typing on the computer and coming back to my mouth with the same Gloves. I am not okay with this!

Dr. Karen makes going to the dentist a delight. She and her entire staff are always professional and flexible. I love the care I receive here and I always recommend her when someone is looking for a dentist. She also makes great referrals for specialists in the area.

Having a toothache of your kid is the scariest thing ever. I was so panicked and my hubby was outside from home. So my neighbour came out to help us. We took her this 28 To Brush Dental care. Now my kid is ok. We are happy with their careful dental service.
