It was good until the day of my appointment when I showed up in the rain to a closed office. I called I called no one answered. I then received a text message about an hour later telling me that the office was closed for the day ( no one reached out before) and i was asked to come back the next day. Safe to say I'm looking for a new dental office.

The both locations is Ave L and Rockway ave L owe. Same person. The staff members is excellent job cleaning floors and equipments to clean your teeth. When schedule is on the phone or in person. The staff members is calling or texting confirm a appointment for you. Makes sure to bring a Insurance card and personal I'd. Right now is temperature check first and then hand sanitizer inside of the area mask always been on all time. If you need a noice for a job or school there will gave you one.

One of my family members came and told me there experience , telling me that this place is nothing but Money hungry people trying to just charge you a big amount of money even when you told them that you have insurance they'll try to force you to pay !

My visits to this facility was very satisfied all the staff members were so warm and friendly. I don't like to do dental work but I felt like I was in a restaurant enjoying the meal I love and the reason the staff make you feel relaxed. I will and have shared my experience with anyone who needs to see a dentist Keep up the good work theme.

I really hate coming here. Not even gon lie. They are short-staffed. They take mad long to see you and come up with any kind of excuses thay dont even make sense. I do not recommend this place because it's tiny, the staff take their sweet little time before they get anything done and make you waste time sitting there while they aint doing nothing serious. Really bad!!!!

Dr Wank and his team is amazing. He is always ready and willing to give you the best care. He promotes healthy tooth care and oral hygiene. I've been a patient for over 5 years.

Place is trash. They will try to force you to get cleanings before you ever see the doctor. Then the doctor looks at ur xray and goes root canal. Never get anything done here. You will end up paying for servicr that does not help ur pain.

Some staff members are rude! The dentist in the office had no patience. If you have young children I do not recommend this location. If you're an adult GOOD LUCK!
