Dr. Gray has completed advanced training in cosmetic dentistry, implant restoration, and sleep apnea medicine. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Indiana Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry and the Indianapolis District Dental Society. Dr. Gray has also received advanced training in Invisalign.
Dr. Gray is heavily involved with the Old Northside Neighborhood Association. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, renovating her historic home and cheering on the Colts and Pacers.

I always have a very pleasant experiences at this office. Dental appointments are definitely not my favorite thing but the staff are so kind, informative, and efficient that I don't dread my annual appointments. I am always greeted with smiles and pleasant conversation throughout my visits. The staff also take the time to get to know their patients so it feels more like a family environment. As long as I live in Indiana, this will be the dental office I will choose!

My whole family goes to 21st Century Dental and we all enjoy it. Especially our 3 year old daughter. She's always excited to go to the dentist and they do so well with her and make her feel comfortable through the whole process.

This business messed up on insurance amounts after getting report of what payments cost and what insurance paid for, I ended up paying the larger amount using Care Credit. I was not going to go forward with another dental procedure but was told due to all the prior issues that the cost of this filling would be free. Since then I've received emails every month stating a balance that is still due. The past several months I was told they are waiting to see what insurance will pay and the reminder will be cleared from books. Today I was told Insurance paid what was required and the rest is owed by me. If I don't get the answer I've been told tomorrow I will utilize legal counsel and look into insurance fraud by this business. After all these issues I will not return for any future work nor will I refer any family or friends to this business. I shouldn't be the one making sure the business is keeping its word to the customer regardless of management changes. The record should of noted all prior issues and how any balance remaining was to be removed due to all the different number issues by company and prior issues of not having correct amounts insurance covered. I wasn't told of new amounts until after receiving anesthesia. None of this is my fault and you should stand by prior words given on how I will not owe anything. Instead you only cause more stress to the customers who has done nothing wrong and all these issues would of been avoided if treatment plain had the correct numbers it should of had to begin with.

I have had a lifetime of bad dentist so I was really not looking fwd to going, BUT I am absolutely in love with this place everyone is so attentive to any situation and I will definitely recommend to everyone!

The workers were very pleasant and nice very professional they took out time to talk to me to see how I was feeling and to even listen to me because the day I went I was dealing with a lot of family issues but they were very nice and patient with me I appreciate that that made me feel like someone cared they were also gentle and took their time while working with my mouth thank you 21st century for being there for me

I love 21st Dental. They're always friendly and all my appointments have been pain-free. This most recent trip, the dentist performed a lazer procedure for teeth sensitivity. When we tested my sensitivity levels at the dentist, not much had changed but by time I returned to work, twenty minutes later, the sensitivity had 100% healed. I can eat and drink normally without pain shooting up my nerves. So thankful they took the time to explain and perform this new procedure on me.

Everything was good, cleaning, etc , till my fillings . Even though I told the woman that my filling was too much and the other side of my teeth do not touch each other anymore, she did not care. She checked and thought that's okay, the doctor let this woman do my filling, and she did not introduce herself, is she a doctor or technician? Since I was numb and anxious, I couldn't ask enough questions. And the woman at the desk was rude at the second visit . I will not go there again and I will need to ask to another doctor for shaving the extra filling. I feel that my left side of the teeth doesn't touch.
