Has a shady call center in Florida. I worked there for one day many years ago and never received payment. I didn't bother with them as they seem like scammers to me. They'd offer free whitening to people in NYC to get them to go into the office where they then charged them for an exam and cleaning and additional services BEFORE they allowed them to even contemplate whitening. It was a dirty little townhouse converted into a call center in Boca Raton, FL.

Friendly office staff, great whitening benefit. Joan is an incredibly strange woman, however. Her tactic to collect payment is close to harassment. She has contacted me 50 times in the past three weeks, which has actually been the reason I haven't phoned the office.

Buyer beware. 212 offers you free whitening, however the costs for a general cleaning and any other dental work you may need are at extremely high price points. I had to forfeit my second cleaning AND pay a significant out of pocket sum for cavity work. It's textbook bait and switch. I recommend shopping around.

My husband had a mere cleaning and it costs him an astronomical amount! Highway robbery! How do they get away with it? He will not be returning and will inform others in his firm of their predatory practice! Shame!

This dental practice spams my phone every day trying to telemarket me for a free teeth whitening. Could be the most annoying marketing ever. I am not sure who would ever go to a dentist via telemarketer but I definitely would not.

BEWARE!!!!! Just short of being thieves. I went because of the great reviews the doctors and the clinic had. The support staff is nice and professional however Dr. Green saw me all of 5 minutes and spent the whole time telling me that I had cavities pointing to two small stains on my teeth. Apparently these cavities were not visible on the X-ray and further kept pushing me to get them filled immediately. I felt something was fishy and refused to get it done. While in the the waiting area waiting, Dr. Green came out to see me and to tell what a mistake I was making by not filling my cavities. I refused politely but she was just short of arm twisting me into getting it done. This morning I went to another dentist who took x-rays and confirmed my suspicions of not having any cavities. He said they were just stains. If you dont want to get robbed and have fake fillings, please do not go here.

This is a SCAM!! If they call you for a free whitening, they will charge you 3 times the normal price for everything you do not need and that you did not ask. They confirmed me 3 times everything would be free of charge for me. Now, they ask me 350$ for uncovered stuff and I refused a 1600$ for something that was not real, as confirmed by another dentist... Do not go there. I now have to fill a claim to the Dental board of NY... Lots of time and energy lost there

RIPPED ME OFF!!! FRAUD ALERT! -They called me repeatedly, and offered me a deal too good to be true (I should have known). They said they were offering "free laser whitening" to employees of my company. -But of course, I had to do a cleaning and xrays with them first. And only AFTER I did that, they told me that I'd have to wait more than 3 months for the actual whitening (still haven't even received it). -They told me they could not accept my insurance, because they "didn't know how much my insurance would provide." So I had to pay out of pocket for their cleaning and xrays at their "reduced no-insurance fee," and it was a ridiculous fee as it was. But TODAY, I found out that they actually billed my dental insurance $1500. -So in total, they billed me/my dental insurance almost $2000 for a simple cleaning/xray, and I still have not received my "free whitening." And because they billed my insurance so much, I have no more dental coverage the the entire year. -This is fraud, plain and simple. And if they don't cancel the charge, I'm going to sue them accordingly.

Overworked and managers have their favorites. Higher-up managers are completely rude and are all full of l high egos! It is a very fast-paced job and Very stressful job with a few people on shift. This job is expecting you to make know everything in less then 2 weeks of training and learning. They didn't really care much about their workers. Several people quit around the time I decided to resign myself. They would promise you things, only to go against those promises. I Recommend this job for people who literally have nothing else to do with their lives the managers are negatively something else I've ever experienced throughout my careers.

This is a great dental office. I was leery at first since they reached out to me to come in offering free teeth whitening. The staff is friendly and very communicative. I was seen by Dr. Serrano. She is a great dentist. Very detail-oriented and thorough. After getting all my cavities filled, I was able to get the teeth whitening. The whitening was very successful. I was late to all my appointments, so I am sure this office does not want to see me anymore All in all, a great and thorough dental office!
