Dr. Duggal completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at NYU Dental School in 1980. He is a member of the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association and 9th District Dental Society.

I've been coming here for like a couple of years seeing Dr. Udan. He's amazing! However I came today after 2 years of not seeing a dentist and I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Meddu. She was amazingly thorough. They also have a new office that's beautiful. It was clean as usual! The staff is always helpful and friendly! My cavities were filled beautifully and I feel like I have brand new teeth! She wasn't rough at all but I mean I was getting fillings and that's no walk in the park! She wasn't stingy with the numbing needle so for that I'm grateful! The procedure room has a tv on the ceiling! Something to distract from the work being done on your mouth! I recommend 211 dental! It's affordable and friendly!

After being a patient at this dentist for many years along with my family... I'm appalled at the lack of respect concerns and more !!!! Without any notification I called per usual with some issues and needed an appointment only to discover they no longer take mvp Medicaid!!!! No time to find another dentist or any consideration whatsoever!!! And they have not contacted the insurance company either because I called to find another dentist and they are still listed!! If you are going all pro and everything I suggest you get with it!!!!

Dr. Grover recently took care of a bunch of drilling, filling, and more for me. By far the best dentist I've ever had. Very skilled, careful, and caring. Highly recommend.

Amazing I take my kids here and they love going there. We never had any issues the girls there are great and the Drs. I also have a lot of anxiety when I go to the dentist because of the past places I have gone but when I go to Dr, Duggals office I feel calm and relaxed.Thank you all for being amazing!!!

I and my wife were returning patients. Set up our appointment well in advance about two months. Before we were bombarded with all kinds of stupid text messages to make sure we don't miss the appointment. On the day of the appointment, my wife was called in first. while I waited and waited over an hour and half to be told that they have to reschedule me for next time due to Hygienist having an emergency at home. I do understand and have all the sympathy for that young lady, but how come we the patient should be on Mercy of one hygienist in such a busy office like this. The office sometimes looks like a time square subway station during the evening rush hour. We had postponed our visit to see our grandchildren because of this STUPID appointment. I had to drive fifty miles round trip for this appointment to be sent back home. The staff are excellent and very kind sweet young people I have nothing but great respect for all of them the management must revisit their way of operation DON NOT CALL US TO BE SEND HOME AFTER HOUR AND A HALF WAIT FOR NO GOOD NO GOOD.

I started going to this office a few years back and saw Dr. Singh. He placed a filling connecting my two front teeth together and making it unable for me to floss insisting it would be fine. I go back and need now not one but two root canals because the tooth caused damage to the one next to it thanks to being connected. The filling had come out multiple times and I had to keep getting it fixed. Eventually I get the root canals which was covered by my insurance And the person who did them was not good.He was in such a rush that his assistant almost started crying from stress. He completed two root canals in short of 30 minutes and I was in so much pain due to him rushing. He had numbed me a couple of times but i still felt it and he did not tell me what he injected the second time i was being numbed. This was concerning because i have allergies to certain medications. His assistant had to hold my mouth open for him to finish because I was so out of it and in pain. At this time my filling connecting the teeth started to come out and is still extremely painful but they did nothing about it. I was not given temporary crowns and just given an appointment for the following week to get the actual crowns which are also covered by insurance.. They then called me the day before my appointment stating they won't give me crowns because one of the teeth are cooked. Which two previous dentists at this office told me would not be a problem. I've switched offices due to how badly my teeth are now messed up. And filed a report with my insurance company. I'm not one to complain but I'm only 20 and my front teeth are now damaged.

can't even get a call back about an appointment. have been calling multiple times over the past weeks and leaving voicemails, no calls back. After reading these more recent reviews, I'll try to see where else I can go. I need to be seen in the near future and this office can't even simply call back after weeks, I don't trust they are organized and safe enough to care for a high risk patient during these pandemic times.

I went here for a second opinion because I was having a ton of issues. This dentist thoroughly answered all of my questions, covered all my concerns, and gave me lots of options and a great treatment plan. For the first time ever I left a dentist office feeling heard and relieved! I highly highly suggest this office!!

Came with a cavity that caused me no pain. They butchered my tooth while fixing it. When I came back with pain they put a temp filling in, charged me, and forgot to get me in for the permanent filling. Finally got the permanent filling over a month ago (which they charged me for even though they messed up) and I am in constant pain. Wish I just kept the cavity DO NOT GO HERE!!

I went here for help with a broken tooth, they filled it and it only lasted 2 weeks. I went to tell them it was cracking and they said it'd be fine, the tooth broke literally that same night in my sleep ... The tooth breaking and going inward messed with my jaw and I've barely been able to eat ever since. I went to another dentist and they told me the fillings they did were not done properly and i'm looking at about 2,000 in fillings alone. I have high anxiety in offices ever since then, I ended up going to the ER about 6 times in feb alone. I had an emergency this month and they took me in, later telling me I wouldn't be seen that day, they rescheduled for the following week. A few days before the appointment they called saying the doctor would not see me as he felt uncomfortable seeing me. I'm glad I saved my sister the trouble of going here and spending a few thousands for her root canal which she later found out the tooth couldn't even be saved. They gave her one price on it, then the day before the "root canal" told her an even higher price. They told me the fillings were covered by my insurance and I got a letter in the mail that my insurance did not cover it. How am I supposed to pay for some service that only caused me even moe pain? Another scheme for money I guess. I wouldn't even consider going back anymore.
