The staff is amazing, especially Sky. Dr. Gibson explains the process so well and is so kind. Can't say enough about 1st Impressions Orthodontics. And this is coming from someone with crazy dental anxiety!

I am so satisfied with how 1st impressions Ortho worked with me in order to feel confident about my smile again! The whole staff is so welcoming, not to mention they have a little snack bar (that's what got me). I had braces before but had complications with my permanent retainer, and Dr Gibson was able to help me by doing braces on top and i didn't even have to wear them that long. Needless to say, 1st impressions left a great impression on me!

When I got my braces on, they said I would have them on for 2 years at most, and I know that their estimations are not always accurate but they were off by about a year and a half as I had them for 3 and a half years. Throughout the three and a half years and the many visits, things just seemed to keep getting worse. I developed jaw problems, I received many permanent wounds in my mouth, my cold and hot sensitivity greatly increased, two of my back teeth are too close, my gums got inflamed, and after all the effort they claimed to have put in... My jaw alignment is still off. Every time I went in for the last year they told me "you'll get them off next time," which was a lie over 5 times. Each time I went in for an adjustment, even a simple one, my mouth would be in severe pain for days. They constantly were rushing through the appointments and in their furry they would nick my gums and the roof of my mouth. Most of the times I wouldn't even get so much as a "sorry". Every now and then I would get a small Starbucks gift card as a sorry. I have holes in my mouth that I can feel with my tongue from them accidentally cutting me with their tools. There was only one assistant who took her time and was very nice and rarely made mistakes but she was only there for a little bit then she was gone. At least in the times I was there, did Dr. Gibson rarely ever do a thorough look into a patient's mouth. He would walk from chair to chair and briefly glance in the patients' mouths while the assistants held their mouths open. I had a lot of jaw clicking throughout the braces but near the end when I was wearing rubber bands it progressed to pain and acute and momentary jaw locking. I found out later that my jaw is now slightly out of line and the bone has rubbed against itself and rubbed itself down. I would think since my jaw is so bad they must've worked really hard on the alignment and now the alignment is perfect... It's not. I have since switched orthodontists and now have received better care. I will never go back.

My son felt comfortable and welcomed at Ist Impressions Orthodontics. This was finally a winner for me! The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The staff greets you with a real smile and actually talk to you. That shows that they are happy with their own place or work environment , and that spoke volume! I'm so glad that I took my time and came upon 1st Impressions Orthodontics. The video was very impressive , something I've never seen before. I thought.... this guy is actually genuine or his acting skills are superb. Turns out he's actually genuine. Looking forward to see my sons journey of a beautiful smile.

I'm in no better shape than I was before I got my braces. Wore my retainer for 3 years - 8-12 hours per day nearly every day. Teeth never set. I mentioned that my teeth didn't 'fit' right after braces came off. I was told to keep wearing the retainer. I have since moved out of state. Very disappointed in the experience. *In response to your reply- I did have straight teeth when the braces came off, you are correct. Since then, the spaces have returned.

My daughter and I both got Invisalign for the price of only one of us at another office. We are having fun doing Invisalign together and can't wait to see the results. The staff is so friendly and awesome.

They don't return calls, have a sketchy voice mail. Even sent by on a weekday afternoon around 3pm and they were closed. Bought my daughter here a few years ago, but it seems things have gone down hill.

When I found 1st Impressions, I had already consulted with two cosmetic dentists who were dismissive and offered me overpriced solutions that didn't even begin to fix my problem. Like a lot of adults, I had braces in my teens, but after suffering facial trauma from an assault that chipped my front teeth and broke my permanent retainer wire, I was left with shifting teeth, jaw pain from a misaligned bite, and poorly shaped composite bonding on my front teeth. I just wanted my normal smile back, and Dr. Gibson immediately recognized the issues that I was dealing with and the impact it had me, not just physically, but emotionally. We came up with a plan of action on my first appointment and he effortlessly fixed the tooth shaping issues on my composite bonding, checking in with me to make sure that I was comfortable and he had my approval. His staff took scans of my teeth, broke down the cost of my treatment into affordable monthly payments, and I was in my new Invisalign retainers two weeks later. After just a few months, I was finished with my Invisalign treatment, fitted for my retainers, and given the easiest at-home whitening I've ever had. Dr. Gibson has even taken the time to make additional improvements and properly shape my teeth to improve their overall balance. I don't just have my old smile back, I have a better one, and I cannot recommend this office enough. They gave me my confidence back, and renewed my sense of self.

The place is really nice, the doctor is very funny and down to earth and the staff was very nice and know and aso professional. I will be going back to get my braces in February I'm so excited!!!

I haven't finished my treatment yet, but the customer service is awesome! especially the technician Berry, she is the only one make me fell comfort when fixing the broken braces or rubber bands for me.
