As much as I resisted, anguished over and dreaded the dental visits most of my life, I am now appreciative of the care Dr. Russell and his office have given me at 80 yrs and am looking forward to the scheduled visits to continue and improve my dental health until 90 years old! Leroy

Well organized, well run practice. Dr. Russell is a top notch Dentist. The office can do almost anything needed "in house" . I look forward to seeing Kim my hygienist regularly. Her and Dr. Russell give me every confidence in their work. They have gone out of their way to see that I am informed. The Best. Highly recommend Dr. Russell and his office. Thanks to them all.

My 1st visit to have dental work done and not just a cleaning... I have to say, BEST EXPERIENCE ever with a dentist. I had 1 onlay (1/2 a crown) and 2 teeth that needed the fillings replaced (ha, very, very old fillings). They make the crowns in house, 3 hours in and out and all done. ABSOLUTELY no pain, not even the shot. Here I am a few hours after the numbness has worn off and other than one side of my jaw feels a bit tired, STILL no pain and i have eaten and the bite seems spot on. Totally state of the art on everything. Wow, who knew technology had come so far, not I....until now. The staff is super friendly and billing made sure insurance was all checked out so no surprises. I felt totally safe with Covid still hanging around, everyone in masks and super cleaning going on. What a pleasant surprise today, thank you Dr. Russell and Gina for the great care. I certainly appreciate it! Cheryl Hoag

How often do you hear someone say that they had a very pleasant experience at the dentist's office? Well, I can honestly say that I did! One of my crowns that was a bit over two years old recently cracked and the side fell off. I called Dr. Russell's office and they were able to get me in very quickly. He felt that the crown should have lasted longer and, therefore, replaced it at no charge. As a senior on a fixed income, I am extremely appreciative of his fairness and efficiency. I have always found Dr. Russell and his staff to be very efficient and professional. We are very fortunate to have him and his staff serving our community. A big THANK YOU to him and his team.

Dr Russell gets to know his patients individually. He has a great "bedside manner" and always lets you know what he's doing and how much longer it might be. Getting shots is always one of my least favorite things but Dr Russell is the best at it! My severely dental-phobic daughter will only go to him, because he is gentle and truly cares. I also love my hygienist, Shelly.

This continues to be a nightmare. I had a front upper crown crack in half and went to Dr. Russell. He told me all front 4 crowns had cracks and needed to be replaced. He had a new machine that made the crowns while you wait and did it in one visit. When I got home my upper lip was so swollen from so many shots, to keep the pain down, that it looked like a duck bill and it stayed that way for 3 days. A year and a half later, while out of state, one of the crowns just fell off. I had a local dentist cement it on but went back to Dr. Russell to explain how the crown had come off and that my two front teeth always felt loose and I could feel them move. He assured me that they were fine and then tried to charge me for the visit. Another couple years and it's the 4th of July, last night. Brushing my teeth and the back of one of my two front crowns just falls off. Out of town again and all dental offices are closed until Monday. Never again! These new crowns were supposed to be so much more durable.

What can I say? Went in knowing I would be there a long time. Staff was very considerate, very efficient, very caring. During crown replacement telling me during each step what was going on, what they were hoped ng to accomplish and asking if I was ok? Did they need to stop for me? Was originally a 2 day appointment but staff was able to do what needed to be done in only one appointment! Even fixed a chipped tooth that wasn't part of the plan! I think I have finally have found the partner I have been searching for regarding my oral care!

They are very professional on every aspect from setting an appointment and reminders. When you show up they are ready for you, they have the latest technology and their staff are all on point with communication with what they're doing. They are highly-trained individuals, Dr. Russell goes the extra mile to make sure that your health is the priority and I really like that.

D.R. Russel is a very good dentist. Thorough and provide excellent dentistry cutting edge equipment. Very well trained staff. I am very happy he is my family dentist.

I have been a patient of Dr. Russell for years and I have never felt that my care was ever anything less than outstanding. Dr. Russell is committed to his patients welfare and makes sure that this attitude is exemplified by his staff.
