So far, so GREAT. 1. Initial consultation was awesome. The ladies are wonderful. Very professional and polite. 2. Had extraction went so very smoothly. Dr. Azzam (bad with names. Sorry) knew I was skiddish of needles (and dentists) and he was so very patient, and compassionately kept asking if I was ok. He took steps to numb me up really well. Didn't feel a thing!! He moved with Calmness & Confidence of a true artisan of his craft. Like the ladies say, "you're seeing the Best". IT'S TOTALLY TRUE and not just a sales gimmick. I'm one of the most skeptical ppl you'll ever know. I ended up with a couple of stitches. I was a bit sore for about the next couple of days and got meds. (I have really deep teeth). I even got a work note for a couple of days because of my job and the meds. Overall I'M VERY HAPPY!! Can't wait for step 3 in 3 months.. No more tooth nerve pain. EVER!!

I've been seeing Dr. Alramli for over a year now. Superb dentist and an all around solid guy. Great staff as well! Great overall experience.

The service and attention a received was great. I knew this office practice for a while because that's were my child receives services. You feel safe and stuff is very friendly and respectful. I really love it. Clean and professional.

Great experience for my family and I. Friendly front office ladies and customer service. Very clean office as well. We've had a few different dentists and as well as dental assistants. All have been super great esp with our children. My son has autism and they are very accommodating to his needs. Just recent my son saw Dr. Omar. He's a very nice dentist and very gentle.

I am definitely staying with 1st family Dental as our family dentist. They really exceed my expectations and the best thing is that my kids came out of there really happy without a single tear specially the young. He always used to cry in the previous dental clinic since they didn't treat him as he excepted.

Really friendly and clean office. My visit was quick, didn't wait to long. Dr Alramli is really nice, informative and makes you feel comfortable. Front desk staff was polite and welcoming. Overall, I will recomand this office.

I have been going here for year with my children. I have never had an issue contrary to what some reviews on here say. I have seen all the dentists in the office and all are attentive and professional. I currently see Dr. Azzam and he is wonderful. All the staff is professional and caring. I have recommended this place to many and all have been happy.
