Dr Ha was awesome. I had a tooth that had to be pulled. Once I was numbed up, it was basically pain free. She was also very friendly and helpful with questions I had on upcoming procedures. They are all great at this office!!

As a new patient, I have to say this has been the best dental place I've been to. I hate having to go to the dentist but they made the cleaning and cavity filling a super smooth easy experience. I will be recommending this place to everyone!

This practice has ruined my life, and it had taken years for me to actually write this. In 2016 I received my first root canal here. Something was off with the whole thing.. when the entire thing was over, I was in even more pain than before and a black dot on my cap. They said it was normal and the pain will go away. Well it didn't. It got so much worse and I couldn't bite down properly. I went back and they said I needed another root canal. And not only did I have to go through that again but they wanted me to pay again. Fortunately the dentist finally agreed to fix his mistake. However, less than a year later the root canal rejected and left me with an abscess tooth. I have had the same tooth root canal 4 times. I have been told that if this was done properly I would not be in this mess. I have tried getting the tooth extracted but the oral surgeon won't touch it because the tooth is still healthy. So six years later and I am getting a 5th root canal on the same tooth.

They have bad customer service, however the dentist are excellent. In February 2020, I was scheduled for cleaning but due to Covid quarantined it was cancelled and would reschedule till further notice. I called in April 2020, they told me they would call me back. In May 2020, I got a message notification that they reopened. Until to this day, they never called me back for reschedule. I still do get phone messages for record updates and Covid mask requirements.

Very nice staff and works very well with my 3 kids they made my kids feel comfortable and safe . The staff and dentist was very good with my kids . The dentist took his time to explain to my kids how important it is to brush your teeth everyday twice a day. I am very happy with my experience. Thank you .

Well it turns out both of the 2000 dollar crowns they put in here were done wrong and now another dentist is redoing them and using the crown pictures and x-rays to show new students at midwestern university dental how not to do crowns. Save yourself the headache go anywhere else,Those cheap drive ups you see on the news in india would probably do a better job and they don't have running water. . i wish i could put pictures up here. what a joke this place is.

Made an appointment here to see an oral surgeon 4 weeks ago, it wasn't until today, the day of my appointment where I was checked in and all...they told me they haven't had an oral surgeon at this location anymore. They wasted my time, they could of told me way prior. I now have to wait 3 more weeks just for a consultation at their other location. Unbelievable. Don't recommend this place.

I had a past filling for my front tooth but it recently broke off. I called to get it fix for a week straight and they told me they hadn't had any appointments free for 4 weeks. My tooth was withered down a fourth of what it was and ny tongue started getting cut. However when I called yesterday I was told they had an appointment for today at 9am, the lady even told me "let me just make sure your dentist is here tomorrow". They then continued to let me know I was "All set for tomorrow". I was so happy and grateful. When I arrived today there were around 4-5 women just standing around gossiping but I didn't pay any mind to it. I had let the the lady at the desk know about my appointment she told me it didn't exist. I was then told I had an appointment on the 1st of June. I was confused since I'd been calling all week, which includes June 1st, so they would have told me if I had an appointment. I asked if there was any chance that they could let me stay and get my tooth fixed but they told my dentist wasn't even there. The lady at the front desk when I called yesterday even told me my dentist was there so I was confused. I had auditions for a musical the same day as the appointment at 9:30am. The only reason I took the appointment was cause my tooth chipping even more and it hurt to breath in and eat. They finally gave me an appointment for next week but this was very upsetting because I was late to my audition, it hurt to sing, and my tooth just keeps getting chipped. My mom even left work early to take me. Honestly there people who work at the desk have always been rude and are horrible at doing there job. This has happened multiple time I'd go for a dentist appointment and then would be told it but this was truly the last straw. If you can, go somewhere else where they actually know how to make and keep your appointments.

I have two FRONT teeth that look terrible from previous root canals (by a different dentistry practice) because I have the temporary molds on instead of the permanent ones, one of which fell out completely. Said dentist no longer accepts my insurance, so I went to FFD to get them to help which they said they would. They have repeatedly sent X-rays to my insurance without adding the proper information. I have called about this multiple times because it has been MONTHS now since they've started this process. Every time I've been told they'll do better and handle it. The last time when I went in for a cleaning, I mentioned it to the girl in the front, because it hasn't been resolved yet, and she said if the insurance doesn't approve it again they will just consider it denied. They haven't been willing to do it the right way, and now they won't help at all. I'm 28, and I'm terrified of opening my mouth for people to see my teeth. They told me they could help, so I've waited and waited and nothing has happened and now they just want to deny it due to their incompetence but they're blaming my insurance. At this point I'm looking for a new dentist office which will actually care about me.

Don't recommend to come here to begin with ladies in back are very unprofessional but no problem with ladies in the front. Came for a cleaning and left unsatisfied due to bleeding all over and not properly rinsing my teeth had to just clean it myself. Save your time & money.
