Really great service, and super clear with you from the first visit for what you need. Teresa, did such an awesome job, deep cleaning always scares me, but with her I couldn't feel any pain and I can see the results!!

Over charging Didn't remove all of the cavitiy before applying a cap. Needed to get the same tooth redone.

worst extortionist place ever hurt my mother gums and now they want to charge her 600$ for something she doesn't need bad place don't do your dental here

I was very impressed with everything and everyone at this office. I am a very nervous person when it come to dental care (I have very sensitive teeth & have had bad experiences in the past). Everyone was super understanding (even as I was having a literal panic attack) and we're very very careful handling my tooth pain. My tooth pain has already improved and it's been less than 24 hours! I will definitely be back for anything dental related! Excellent staff, excellent Doctor!

A great staff makes going to the dentist a pleasurable experience at 1st Family Dental. Dentist, Dr. Najeeb Abufarha and hygienist, Theresa, are both EXCELLENT! They are very caring, considerate, professional and friendly people.

If you like botched procedures, pain, losing teeth because of it and not being able to smile anymore, and being accused of being on drugs by some fresh out of dental school kid, this is the dentist for you. And when asked to fix the damage they caused given an attitude, told its your fault and harassed about money.

I had an emergency dental appointment at 1st family dental of Algonquin on same day, and Dr. Najeeb explained the issue with my dental problem. Overall very satisfied with my visit! Thank you!

Great experience! Very clean office, with an "at home feeling" reception area. Felt welcomed by Kelly when I walked in as well. Teresa always does such a good job with cleaning my teeth, and is very knowledgeable. Always look forward to my next 6 month check up after leaving!

I had a cavity that broke over the weekend called around and they were able to see Monday. I had no pain at all when I came in and was recommended a root canal I proceeded with treatment and have been in pain ever since. I was given 3 rounds of antibiotics during my treatment with no improvement. I was also told I need another root canal on the other side of mouth which is when I decided to go for a second opinion and see an Endodontist to address the root canal that was giving me so many issues and to look at the other side where again I have no pain but they want to do another root canal. The endodontist who recommended gum surgery to correct the issue which I proceeded with and now it has been slowly getting better. I was also told that I didn't need another root canal that he recommended a partial crown and was referred to a dentist to perform the partial crown. During my treatment at this practice I brought my husband to get old silver fillings that were cracking removed and redone with the white composite that is now used. I made him go for a second opinion because of my experience and found out that both filling that were done need to be redone. The one because the old filling was left and should of been removed because there could be decay underneath and we were shown the picture showing the old filling still there! I was shocked! They recommended multiple crowns here which ended up being 1 crown and the rest fillings. Very disappointed, I liked coming here because I thought everyone was so nice, but the dentist lacks experience. I called the office manager she said she was going to call me back almost two weeks now no call back. I called her back last week Thursday she was gone for the day left another message. And still no call back!
