The staff are courtesy and professional. The dentist is very kind and gentle. This is the first time in my life that I'm comfortable at the dentist office.

I really like the staff here. They are truly awesome, professional and polite. They are really great with kids and have all the patience in the world with them. My daughter is a little scared of the dentist, but they reassure her that it's ok and take their time with her. They try to work with your time schedule as much as they can and I think that's great. I do wish they were closer to home, but that's alright. I will drive the distance for really good service

1st time patient. Office looked nice and professional. Exam room was clean and organized.Receptionist Ana was great, helpful and very professional. Made sure all my paperwork was up to date. Explained my insurance coverage etc. Dental assistant Enisa I believe is her name walked me through what was going to be done and made sure I was doing ok while taking my x-rays. Dr. Azzam was pretty cool. Did my exam explained everything and what treatment I will need. Answered all my questions. Will be returning to continue treatment. Thank you 1st Family Dental of Addison for such great service. Best dental office!

I was treated with excellent care and advice to help me, so I can get my teeth in great condition. The dentist that treated me was fantastic great humor. I will be going back they are my number #1.

Pretty good place for routine dentistry stuff. I went in and had x-rays and a cleaning. Staff is attentive and diligent. Not sure talkative or incredibly friendly but that's alright. The dentist I had was very thorough and informative. They won't give you a less than squeaky clean well,.... cleaning? They're pretty good. X-rays are more painful than I've had in the past and the staff could be a bit more cheery. But overall, good experience.

ENISA and ANA provide a wonderful experience every time! Been going here for years. Myself and kids enjoy the warm atmosphere 1st Family Dental in Addison brings.

Came in and saw Dr. Mike. He is absolutely amazing! Made me feel very comfortable and explained everything going on with my teeth. I left my appointment feeling a lot more happier and more confident with my teeth.

I have been going to this place for many years but this time I got very disapointed. I took my 16 year old son for cleaning and my son told me the doctor kind of yelled at him to open his mouth and told him that he has cavity, which can happen and is ok if he does, but the doctor never called me to explain about his situation and I was siiting and waiting. Very unproffesional and when I called back to find out , I spoke with receptionist and ask for doctor to call me, she said doctor does not call patiens, which is ridicilus, also she said I need to comeback and talk to him in person and she hang up on me. Very very rude.....

Ana is the best she works at the front desk, if you need anything ask for her she knows it all. This whole office is super kind and super clean. They are always easy to reach and very accommodating. I am on the shy side and they were really welcoming and understanding with my bad dental anxiety , trying to make everything as smooth as they can. I appreciate finally having a dental office who cares and is sincere. That is hard to come by. Highly recommend being a patient here.

Always wonderful staff. Booking an appointment is easy and getting in in a timely manner. Explaining procedures kindly. Love it here. Oh and its clean!

Fantastic experience, all the people are very nice and the doctor will go out of his way to make sure it's done correctly and you are happy., I've done a few things at this dentist office, but the technology involved with front crowns was fantastic, I've had two sets of crowns and these are much less intrusive, feel much more natural and not bulky, and the science of scanning your teeth so the size comes out exactly as it's supposed to be was fantastic

Absolutely awful practice and staff! Dirty & unhygienic office, rude secretaries and dentists. Don't bother making an appointment 6 months in advance because they will call and cancel it on you, or reschedule it several times. Most of these 5 star reviews have been by friends and family of the staff who work for this office. Save yourself the time and money and go ANYWHERE else!!
