This office is absolutely the worst I have ever visited constantly changing dates it sounds like the staff is unreliable they give the 1st advantage name a by reputation

Wow! I've been coming here for a few years, but today's hygienist was a super star! I won't let anyone else clean my teeth from now on!

Went in for a cleaning, Great until the only dr. Left at this location came in. Dr. Abraham I think she said, she was rough hit my top teeth with the instruments twice and was resting her wrist on my face smashing my glasses I should have known then to never go back. I have near perfect teeth and last year on a tooth there was a surface cavity no biggie -so this visit I was told there is another on the same tooth and I said ok thinking no biggie it was harmless just like last time. This was 3.5 weeks ago. The day of precluded I went in asking questions she didn't answer them and it's a surface cavity WHY WOULD YOU NUMB ME. She came at me with the needle didn't even ask if I wanted it or not bc I didn't. Since that day my tmj has been terrible (usually other bugs me when I eat bagels) it has never been this bad and I still cannot chew on my tooth with anything harder than overcooked pasta. She was rude, rough and did a terrible job. I have been going elsewhere since two days after this was done bc they said oh you shouldn't have any pain give it a week. NEVER GOING BACK this dr. Has no bedside manor and my bite is still off and I am pretty sure the receptionist laughed at me when I complained about my appt. , the SURFACE filling was laid on thick and my tmj is finally back to feeling normal thanks to a new practice who confirmed she was rough and did a terrible job and said why in the word would she numb you for a surface cavity... well clearly bc she's rough as all heck. Tooth still hurts and still worried she did something worse than what the new office thinks.

Katy Tonkin DDS, is very professional and always explains what she is going to do prior to the procedure. The office staff is courteous, friendly and also professional. Dental assistant, Jordan Navratil, " knows her stuff" when it comes to the dental field. She and Dr. Tonkin are great as a team and you can tell they both love what they are doing. Kevin and the other staff are awesome and it is always a joy to go there.

This is the worst place I have ever dealt with, they called me to ask if I want to cancel my appointment and I said "no", so they told me if I want to cancel I should give 24 hour notice.The next day they send me a text saying my appointment is cancelled due to no hygienist.Five days later the sent me another text saying I am overdue for my dental visit. If there was an option for no star, that's what I would have given.

I have been to this practice since I was in middle school and they've taken great care of my oral health. Kathleen is the best and gets my teeth cleaned quickly and efficiently every time.

I scheduled a non-emergent appt and confirmed with staff that the practice was in network with my dental plan; this was also verified on my insurance website. The staff scheduled me with a non-participating dentist then billed me for the charges claiming the dentist I saw is out of network.

What a joke. I got a called 30 minutes prior to my appointment from a man saying that Dr. Lam was running late and if I could please come in later for my appointment. I drive there later, arrived in the parking lot, then get a call back from the office, this time from a woman, who claimed they never got that first message from the first caller for me to come late, and that I'd have to now reschedule since I was arriving late. LOL, no thank you. I'd much rather schedule with a doctor that has a competent office staff who knows how to communicate with one another. :)

Constant billing and scheduling issues with this office. I haven't been to the dentist since April 2021, and all I had was a cleaning and x rays. This was the first and only time I used my insurance.. suddenly Im receiving several bills from First Advantage DentaI saying I owe all this money. This is the 2nd time this has happened with this office. On top of that, They never schedule my appointments correctly and never submit my prescriptions. Very incompetent office. I will be finding a new Dentist.

Dr. Lam was very thorough and took the time to explain things. She also made sure I was comfortable during my procedure. Everyone was friendly and made my visit a pleasant experience.

This dentist and hygienist were very kind and professional. The hygienist was patient with me and very outgoing. I am so glad I tried them out and will stick with them from now on.
