Very horrible experience today. I am a very anxious person to begin with but when you go for your appointment and they tell you that you don't have one and that your Hygieneist isn't even here today. Just getting myself to go to the dentist is a struggle for somebody with terrible anxiety . They were going to send me away with no satisfaction. I asked to talk to the office manager and explained the situation to her. She found another Hygieneist that could fit me in. Wasn't my usual Hygieneist but that's OK because at least I was not sent home without getting my teeth cleaned. Be careful before you go and always call to make sure you are on their schedule. Their phone system reminders do not work or they call to remind me of appointments I didn't even make. So be careful.

Don't waste your time and money here. They can't fix anything but move you around and charge you.

Terrible service. Warning don't go to the Latham office. I called spoke to Patty about a bill that I should have never received if they did their job correctly. Patty said she would look into it and call me back. I never got a call back then i get another bill. I called again she tells me nothing they can do about my bill after admitting it was their fault. Poor service. This is how you treat your patients by making them pay for your mistakes. No i wont be back to pay for anymore of your mistakes and incorrect bills. In all my experiences with a dentist office, i have never dealt with such incompetence from a dentist office.

I've had a few appointments at this location and for the most part services were pretty good. I absolutely love the hygienist and the overall warm and friendly atmosphere. However, my recent appointment with the new DDS, Dr. Patricia and the assistant was a bit concerning. During my visit and care, it was apparent to me that these two do not get along. Whether it was eye rolling or, questioning each others expertise, it was honestly quite unprofessional. I did make another appointment, but I'm thinking I might switch DDS' within this location. I know everyone has bad days and we all don't get along with everyone, but there has to be an internal checks and balances for professionalism. Not to mention careful consideration in not making patient more anxious during treatment! Actually, this if for the Troy location. Wi try to remove and add to their reviews.

They went out of their way to give me an appointment quickly because I had an emergency. The dentist was caring, knowledgeable and professional and made sure I received follow-up.

On my first visit, I had a teeth cleaning from Joey. He is very nice , professional, yet with a sense of humor and does excellent work. He is a perfectionist and did not cause any pain. My teeth have never been so white and I learned that my prior cleanings were inadequate. I believe that the first provider you are treated by often is a reflection of the establishment. I left with very positive feelings about the practice.

I went here for a 2nd opinion after a bad experience at another dental office. Not only did the friendly staff at 1st Advantage listen to all of my concerns but they took the time to explain and educate me so I fully understood their findings and why the previous dental office I visited recommended an unnecessary procedure. I was very happy with my experience and will certainly be bringing my family here going forward.

Had a root canal done by Dr. Koa. It was actually a reasonably pleasant experience. I would go back to him again.

Dr. Koa and his assistant are great. They make you feel comfortable and listen to what you have to say.

The worse place I've ever been to. Informed them I have a shock in my teeth and after taking an X-ray, told him they couldn't see anything, shock got worse and now i have to get a root canal done. This place is horrible and I regret going there bcuz it would have saved me a whole lot of trouble

Noelle P. Is the best dental hygienist ever that has cleaned my teeth. She alternates every three months with a general cleaning and then periodontal maintenance cleaning. She is extremely talented, professional, knowledgeable and above all a highly skilled hygienist. As the son of a dentist, I am very fussy and particular on who works on my teeth, Noelle is by far the best dental hygienist in our Capital Region.
