My appointment was for to have an impression made of my teeth for a night mouth guard. The dentist was unaware as to the reason I was in the office. They were clearly not prepared to do the impression and I sat for quite a while as they gathered the necessary items to do the impression. They ended up doing four impressions of my upper teeth and one (or maybe two) of my lower teeth. An impression of my bite was done also. I've had a mouth guard for several years and I don't recall having to have an impression of anything other than the upper teeth. The appointment took over an hour and I felt that the dentist really didn't know what she was doing. Both the dentist and the assistant were nice enough but I had to take time off from work for this appointment and was not happy with how it all went.

Don't bother going there for a dentist. Melody the hygienist is awesome. The dentist is constantly changing and have yet to find one that cares or is friendly or competent.

The hygienist is awesome. Very friendly and does a great job. I always choose her because I know she will be thorough and not a lot of pain and she keeps up on what's happening in my life also.

I love 1st Advantage Dental they are always lovely to deal with. Christine @ the front desk goes out of her way for each Customer everyday. I give them an A+ for service & care!

As always Melanie did a great job cleaning my teeth, she's the best hygienist I've ever had. I feel like I'm her only patient yet I know that's just not true. Christine at the front desk is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
