I have anxiety, especially at the dentist. They were pleasant and easy to communicate with. I was still anxious but they didn't judge me for that.

Very satisfied. Service was provided on time without any delay. X-rays were taken and were both shown and explained. The hygenist was courteous, professional and thorough when conducting the X-rays as well as the cleaning. The dentist also inspected my mouth after the cleaning and X-rays and asked if I had any questions regarding their suggested action for me.

1st Advantage is the worst in corporate dentistry. I've been a patient for fifteen years and am just leaving. Their dentists turn over all the time, but I held on for my hygienist. She left, and they could not find me a new appointment until 5 months from now. Where's the customer service? Nonexistent. One star out of loyalty to my departed hygienist.

I have been going to the delmar/ Bethlehem office for at least 25 years. After my dentist retired I stayed on. For the past 5 years or so it seems that this office is not able to keep the same dentist. I can't even begin to count how many different dentists I have seen. If you don't care who you see everything you go. Then this is the place for you. It is not for me. Unfortunately I really like my hygienist but I am now looking for a new practice.

The hygienist was amazing, very detailed while cleaning my teeth and explained everything. The new dentist was not personable or friendly, his predecessor Dr. Trinidad was amazing. This made my experience with him a complete disappointment. The receptionist was very personable, friendly and very attentive. I will continue to visit the practice, but I will be requesting I see a different Doctor.

Ally is a great dental hygienist! Very thorough and professional. I have been going here for at least 5 years and have been very pleased. Though their building maintenance could do a better job on the outside steps and landscaping.

I always feel like this practice is telling me i am not needed there, with their attitude and the way I am talked to. The receptionists are very unprofessional and kinda rude. They had me stand outside in the heat because I do not have a mask. I asked them for a mask they said they don't have one, and I have to stand outside to wait to be called. If you are going to enforce mask you should have the courtesy to provide your customers with masks instead of sending them outside in the heat, like a form of punishment for not having a mask. What a disappointment.

I came in for a filling that came loose. The dentist had no bedside matter. After being given the numbing shot I could still feel pain and that was downplayed. I was told by the dentist that it was because I was nervous. He gave me another shot and we started again. Complete silence while I was clearly uncomfortable. The filling seems good so that's good but it was not a good experience. I will give an outstanding review to the front staff. The woman in the front was very nice and upbeat. I'm will be going to another place.

ALLIE always cleans my teeth and is so gentle and knowledgeable..I am so grateful for her ! It's always such a pleasure to see her. Couldn't imagine 1st Advantage in Delmar without her! Thank you again ALLIE!
