I had an excellent experience with first advantage dental. They were able to fit me in same day when I had emergency dental pain, and referred me to a great endodontist to do the root canal I needed done. I will definitely be back!

Rebecca is great at all aspects of the process - explaining things, cleaning, etc. she and First Advantage take great care of my teeth even when I don't!

This place is the worst! They fixed a couple of my teeth but then leave a gap in between my teeth filling a cavity so everytime I eat the food gets jammed in my gums and I have to run to get floss. Very painful! I used to have braces screw that progress! I call to get it fixed they said I won't have to pay for them to redo the cavity then the dentist rescheduled my appointment for a "family emergency" I have to wait another month for them to see me again. When I see them again I live 40 mins away and waste gas for them to just look at my teeth and make me wait another month to redo the filling and then said it's been over a year now since I got the filling?! They're the ones who rescheduled my appointment!! We tell them off and they now "honor" my cavity to get fixed tell me if I find somewhere else to get it fixed to let them know. Why would I go somewhere else to repay when it's their mistake?! I hate dentists I really do thanks for the terrible customer service! I can't even go to the Greenfield one they have zero staff and have a random dentist every month the main one retired during Covid!

From the time I walked into the office, I was treated wonderfully. Vanessa is a skilled and calming hygienist. I always leave the office wondering, "Why do I worry so much?"

Sometimes a bit of a wait, but usually no more than 10 minutes. Otherwise, friendly and efficient, which is pretty much all I ask from my dentist.

as for dental experiences go it went well.lets face it most of us go because it's important to our teeth health but I'm sure you'd rather be somewhere else lol.the office seats me and it's not to long before I'm brought in.the office is clean and neat and they treat me like I'm a person and make sure I'm comfortable and they explain what's going on and what there going to do next. Thanks for all the years of your care John

My 4 year old had a fantastic experience today! They were very good with explaining everything before they did anything, answered all his questions AND they were extremely patient with him. Even at the front desk! I would give 100 stars if I could!

First time customer. Hygienist was fine, cleaning went well. Dentist came in room after cleaning, spent seconds looking in my mouth. Upon leaving I was told bill was $56 for "oral evaluation". I asked if insurance would cover that. Was told to wait and see. Not covered, then received bill for $114. Called 1st Advantage and was told insurance company denied "contractual agreement' and mandated $114 charge. Called insurance company, they reported they had nothing to do with the increased charge. Wont go back to this office. Dan Carey

Had an appointment scheduled and confirmed for 11/9. Got notice on 11/3 that it was cancelled. Tried calling to reschedule and was told the system was down so they would have to call me back. No one ever bothered calling so I called today and was told Id have to book out into March... Terrible customer service response, receptionist was incredibly rude and offered no realistic solution.

As a traveler who had seen many a dentists chair I would recommend 1st Advantage Dental 10/10. Staff was polite and professional and Rebecca the dental hygienist was phenomenal! I never felt rushed and she took the time to educate and explain ways to improve my oral health. Go here for medical professionals who truly care about patient health and wellbeing!
