10 minutes late for a cleaning and actually had them on the phone at the light and was told come in for X-rays but can't clean your teeth. No thank you!! But when they call me the morning of my crown to reschedue because Dr. M had a dental emergency, I said no problem, even though I took a day off work. I'm glad I don't treat my patients like that. I will warn you visiting this place. Not recommended at all. My wife took my children for a visit. The girl on the front desk did not bother to ask for their insurance cards. During visit the nurse told there had been certain changes to their system. After the checkup, my wife went to confirm those changes when the front desk lady said, "Oh by the way, we dont take this insurance". The billing manager threw all the bill on us which was between $350 - $450. They sent it to collection department which threatened us to hurt our credit score. Eventually, we had to pay that amount. Be cautious, not get screwed like us. Do not visit this place!

The woman who cleaned my teeth was fantastic, and Dr. Mandava is very kind and courteous. He is an excellent dentist and is the only dentist who has been able to numb my lower molars. I love this office!

Everything was good for years until this happened I had an appointment and a day before I received a call from Christine or Christina for confirmation. After few hours she called me again and ask me to cancel the appointment and told me that my hygienist is not available for next two months. I made this appointment 6 months ago. She is very unprofessional and rude. She has no customer service skills and she shouldn't be on the job to deal with customers. I will contact with the managers. She wasted my time that I reserved for dental appointment.

Be aware! Without your permission, they may do examinations that not covered by your insurance! Two months ago, I just scheduled an appointment for regular cleaning and examination. But they performed panoramic X-ray on me without informing me that it is not covered by my insurance. And now they sent me a bill of $150. After a hard negotiation, they finally agree to discount the bill to $61. I will not go there any more! For the people who still go there, you'd better make sure what they do for you is covered by your insurance.
