Throughout his 17 years of experience, Dr. Forrest discovered that the ultimate patient experience necessitates a team approach to dental care. This means utilizing a team of varying dental specialists instead of just one to provide care for each patient regardless of their needs.
Dr. Forrest completed his clinical research at the University of Miami on the interdisciplinary management of cancer treatment, irradiation therapy, and implantology. This earned him the prestigious Straumann ITI Implant Dentistry Scholarship Award. While attending Dental School, Dr. Forrest completed two Periodontics externships at New York University and Harvard U.
Dr. Andrew Forrest completed his three-year specialty training in Periodontics and Implant Surgery at the University of Florida, Shands Hospital, earning his Masters Degree focusing on oral immunology.
Dr. Forrest is also a part of the Clear Choice Dental Implant Team. He lectures nationwide to practitioners on his methodology, teaching others how to attain the highest possible results in implant dentistry.
He maintains a reputation for achieving excellent results by consistently following the basic principles of proper treatment planning and team synergy. With a passion for dentistry and an artistic flair for creating beautiful smiles, Dr. Forrest serves patients from the South Florida community and nationwide.
He continues to treat many of the most complex and challenging cases to improve the quality of life of others and, most importantly, to make people smile. In his line of work, each new patient is an opportunity to improve.
A dedicated and dynamic professional, Dr. Javier Martinez is an experienced dentist that provides compassionate, expert care through evidence-based dentistry. By going the extra mile with each patient, he further separates himself from his peers.
He makes a great effort to know his patients and make them feel at ease, especially children, with his gentle chairside manner. By listening to their concerns and explaining treatment plans, even the most anxious patient will surely leave with a smile on their face.
Dr. Martinez completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Santa Maria University in Caracas, Venezuela, and his Master of Science degree in Orthodontics from the Universidad El Bosque in Bogota, Colombia.

New to 1500 Dental, my first impression was excellent. Friendly staff. They explain everything in detail. I even got a free goodie bag with a whiting kit, toothpaste and toothbrush.

Dr. Morales is awesome!!! 1500 Dental is the best Orthodontic and Dental Care place in South Florida!! Roberto is truly a jewel!! spoke with staff who told me she was not at 1500 location, had no clue of my scheduled appointment and had wrong number on file for me, said they called twice to confirm. When asked her what office is she speaking from, she said "a desk in an office in Florida down street from 1500 dental" Don't waste your time ~

The team at 1500 Dental nailed it! I'm not an easy patient - I want it easy, fast and painless - and without having to go all over the place. Dr Forest, Jessica and the team of technicians handled everything from cleaning to a broken implant with amazing service and professionalism. And they are super nice and friendly! I can't remember the last time a doctor or assistant gave me their personal cell phone numbers for contact. I won't go anywhere else now. You guys rock!

by far the worst company i've applied for, I did a 30 minute phone interview and was told to come in for a in person interview, then i was told to come in for a working interview which is usually paid but they made me work for free, during my work interview i found out that everyone was pretty new which is odd, even the manager who i thought was the hiring manager but really was the reginal manager called me saying she's quitting then another phone interview was scheduled , i waited 3 hours no call, no i'm sorry, no nothing , no pay for my time. i would not recommend this place honestly the most unprofessional company i've ever applied too, not to mention they finally called after seeing this review and they're only concern was the review , until i mention my time being wasted serval hours, days waiting , how i was treated then Dr.Kristen said she apologize for how i was treated and kindly ask me to remove the review but why did it take me leaving an HONEST REVIEW to get a call back or an update so i decided no i will not remove it maybe i'll be able to help someone else not waste their time, also not too mention my friend also applied there a few months ago, they made her stay a whole day for a working interview unpaid and never even care to get back to her , a review should be the last thing the company need to worry about and more so " HOW TO BE PROFESSIONAL" it took a review to get a call saying we will like to reconsider , actually no Too many ref flags i'll rather not work for you guys - THANK YOU HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE.

1500 has been my dental home for a couple years now. I can honestly say this is the best office I've ever been too. The staff is very friendly and the doctors are thorough when it comes to treatment. Definitely recommend :)

Love this office, The staff is loving and extremely caring. The doctors and hygienist I saw were very informative. I have always had a problem with my teeth and keeping everything under control. this office has shown there love and devotion for patients and has kept my oral health in tack and under control. Highly recommend 1500 dental.

I went in for a cleaning, March 2021, and was told I needed more than a cleaning. I was told that my insurance would not cover the procedures and paid out of pocket. I went home called my insurance company and they said that most of the treatment was covered. 1500 was billed and paid but, I have not received my money. It has been over a year of dealing with this issue, many calls and emails. Just give me my money. This is June 2022, c'mon man!
