I was in a lot of pain due to the fact that I had more than 6 million germs on each teeth. I was in a lot of pain as the doc whitened and improved my teeth, but in the end I prevailed. You might call it a triumph of the will.

Dr. Okwen managed to kill 6 million different type of bacteria in my mouth, despite only 4 and a half million different types are known to reside in people's oral cavity at any one time. Truly an miracle worker, highly recommend this dentist.

Dr. Sheklestien told me that black masses on just 13% of my teeth was causing over 50% of my pain and once they were removed it did wonders for me.

truly a 24/7 practice, called at 4:50am with a dental emergency and was in the office getting a root canal by 6am. Explained the breakdown of the costs and plan of treatment throughly. Could not recommend more. God bless

I had an excellent teeth whitening here and unlike 109 Dental I wasn't charged a ridiculous price. Definitely recommend.

Today I brought my 11 year old autistic son who also has a urinary tract infection and constanly pees himself. It is hard dealing with ryan has been a major concern in my life. I should've aborted the thing. But this brings me back to the days when blacks were shipped off in boats. But this dentis really overcome my fear of mexicans with sombreros. Thank you.

Dr. Okwen is truly amazing. He cares about YOU & your feelings. He doesn't pressure you into doing something you don't want to do. He listens to your decision after explaining the best options per situation. I live almost an hour away, but I will always go to him for all of my emergencies! Highly recommend!

Dr. Okwen, his staff and his practice are wonderful! My senior citizen father in law needed a tooth pulled and waited too long and the pain was excruciating. I happened to google Emergency Dentist and found 1488 Dental, they were able to see him and do the extraction on the same day. Success! I just called him and he said he felt fine, swelling went down in less than 24 hours, no bleeding, and was able to sleep thru the night, thank you Dr. Okwen, we appreciate you very much!

This place did a great job securing the existence of my smile and a future for my white teeth. They made them perfectly straight and annihalated all the brown spots and foreign objects. 11/10 cannot it recomend enough

2nd time here with an emergency dental issue, absolutely recommend to anyone with a dental emergency. Did an emergency root canal, even navigated around an old bridge with care as to not damage it. He couldn't be a more gentle Dr. and he managed the entire office on his own with no staff. So impressed. So blessed to have found him.

My struggle with my teeth before going to the dentist was truly intense, but then I decided that going to the dentist was a matter of personal hygiene. The doctors are trained professionals and fixed my root canal. Truly incredible service

Nice place was really quick getting me in on Saturday . Dr.O was a really nice guy . I just needed my top wisdom tooth pulled but do to my wisdom teeth hitting a nerve for one wisdom tooth $395very expensive & that's with insurance. Dr .Owken prescribed me mouth wash & pain meds to hold me over for my appointment on Tuesday He was really trying to help me for sure .

Amazing experience. Never knew 24 hour dentists were a thing until I was recommended this office. Dr. O is not only the best dentist I've ever had the pleasure of being treated by, but he also has such a way with words. He said to me "It is necessary that I do dentistry for my people; for my spirit shall rise from the grave and the world will know how good of a dentist I was"

Dr. Shekelstein from Merchant Dental told me 11 dentists at 1488 have done over 6,000,000 root canals in 4 years. That's 373 root canals per dentist per day. Seems impossible but Dr Shekelstein wouldn't lie to me, right?
