Im passionate about what I do. My workas an orthodontistis my trademark, and my dream is to have a positive impact in each of my patients lives. I love helping people and know I have one of the best jobs in the world: I have the opportunity to meet people every day and help each of them change their future!
Being an orthodontist allows me to really get to know each patient on a personal level. Its incredible to watch a persons self-esteem grow as they see the change in their appearance. By the time they finish, their personality is transformed: theyre confident and outgoing, smiling and laughing with ease.
My best reward is a big smile on a kids or teenagers face at the end of treatment, or an adult who finishes and tells me they now have the smile theyve desired for years. I also love when were able to help someone with complex, challenging issues, such as TMJ-TMD. Working with such a patient, giving them a good bite and a beautiful and harmonious smile, cant be beat!

Each year I complete many continuing orthodontic education courses, to expandmy knowledge, skills, and what I am able to offer patients. I grew up in Romania and moved to California to attend college. North Texas has been my home for almost ten years. When Im not caring for patients, Im usually spending time with my husband John and family and friends. I enjoy traveling, love reading, and like cooking with my husband.

We also want you to feel comfortable and confident throughout your entire orthodontic experience, and our practice is dedicated to making sure that you receive the quality care you deserve.
Orthodontic appliances are made of metal, ceramic, or plastic. They may be removable or they may be brackets bonded to the teeth. By placing a constant, gentle force in a carefully controlled direction, braces slowly move teeth to the proper position.
Gone are the days when a metal band with a bracket was placed around each tooth. You can now choose clear or metal brackets and, in some cases, the color of your appliance. Wires are far less noticeable, and the latest materials are designed to move teeth faster with more comfort. Today, any age is a great age to wear braces!
Treatment time varies and can last between one and three years, depending on several factors including age, treatment method, and how minor or severe your case is. A big factor in a successful treatment is you! The more involved and diligent you are, the more efficient your treatment will be. For children, receiving interceptive or early treatment can also help provide a quicker treatment time.

I love this place. It feels like your visiting your family. Very kind and professional. My dream was to have a beautiful smile and at age 38 this dream became true. I want to thank Dr. Iacob for her patience and work. And I want to thank all her staff for their cooperation, kindness and work. My daughter is a patient of Dr. Iacob. Dr. Iacob is an incredible orthodontist for people of all ages!! I had braces as a kid but over time my bottom teeth shifted and I was really unhappy with my smile to the point that I was terrified for people to see my bottom teeth when I smiled. With my wedding approaching, I decided I didn't want to be embarrassed of my smile so I took a chance and had a consult with Dr. Iacob. She went over all of my treatment options and worked with me to find a plan that worked best for my timeline and my habits. I went with brackets instead of Invisalign because she was very real with me about how that would fit into my lifestyle and she was totally spot on with her recommendation. I can't thank her enough for the amazing work she did and how gentle and patient she was and how quickly I was able to get results. I'm so much prouder of my smile after going to Dr. Iacob.. thank you so much!! :)

I love Dr. Iacob. She really takes the time to listen to her patients and has excellent bedside manner. I went to her for a 2nd opinion and immediately knew that she would be a great fit for me. Not to mention that she is so kind and sweet too. She is hardworking and tries hard to accommodate your schedule if you can't make regular business hours. The office is always beautiful and clean as well.

I am so appreciative of Dr. Iacob and her staff! My son started his braces at a previous office, unfortunately I was unhappy with how his treatment was going. He was seen by multiple Orthodontist throughout his treatment. His progress not only stalled but became worse after being in braces for over 2 years when his treatment should have only taken 18 months. I brought him to Dr. Iacob's office the end of February and in just a few months she has corrected and improved his progress! He is expected to be out of braces by September. We could not be more pleased with Dr. Iacob's results! Dr. Iacob is the best Orthodontist that we have experienced and we recommended her highly!!

After 16 years, my permanent retainer popped off on a Thursday night. That Friday morning I went back to my original orthodontist who are only open for 2 hours on Fridays. Long story short, they added way too much glue/cement, and there was a lot of extra glue that was still visible. I spent all Friday looking for any orthodontist who could get me in to fix this, but 90% were closed on Fridays. That was until I came across Dr. Iacob. Not only did she call me back, she got me in on a Saturday! She did such a great job, and her staff was also super friendly! I highly recommend her and am very thankful she was able to get me in so quickly when others couldn't. Thank you, Dr. Iacob!
