Dentists are entrusted with the health and safety of others on a daily basis. Therefore, it is essential they have access to world-class continuing education that will help them build upon their skills. As a result, they can provide the most up-to-date, effective care to patients. The Doctor Mastery Program is designed to help them accomplish this.

The Doctor Mastery Program helps doctors to become definitive dental leaders in their communities. The five-year program consists of clinical training conducted by world renowned clinicians, from building on foundational skills and advancing to mastery of complex dental care.

In the program, participants advance their clinical knowledge even further for the benefit of patients. Upon completion of the five-year program, participating dentists may be eligible to receive a Fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD) and increase access to care.

One of the most respected designations in the profession, those who possess FAGD designation are recognized as leaders in the industry. The award symbolizes the professional responsibility of general dentists to remain current in their profession and reminds dental professionals about the importance of acquiring new information for the benefit of their patients. Currently, only 7% of the practicing dentists in the United States hold this designation.

Specifically, the clinical educational opportunities offered in the program will help doctors advance in areas such as IV sedation, oral surgery, implants, restoration, occlusion, orthopedics and orthodontics. In addition, doctors participating in the program will maintain patient-friendly office hours to best fit the schedules of patients.

This program is all about helping doctors provide a higher level of care, for the benefit of you - the patient. By learning new skills, advancing their current skills, expanding office hours and building their teams, participating dentists can ensure all patients receiveefficient, effective and compassionate care.

I have been a patient with 104th Family Dental when it was The Cavity Cottage. I've watch the staff change at the front office and dentists. I stayed with the company but today was a deal breaker. I like Dr.Blackburn and Selena but the staff at the front and whomever is in charge of billing...I was mis-billed called to inquire if I paid correctly and had the rudest person on the phone. I wish I got her name. I don't think I will be returning? There are other practices that accept my insurance and I pay my bill in a timely fashion.

Absolutely dislike the dentist in general and always have. Had a bad experience a few years back with a Midwest City dentist and still paying the price for that. But 104th Family Dental has restored my faith in dentists. They are all so attentive, understanding and clearly knowledgeable. I highly recommend 104th Family Dentristy

I am beyond disappointed in this dentist office. My husband had three teeth removed, and got three pain pills. When asked for more medication due to pain, doctor told him to take Tylenol. Would not recommend this dentist if you have any type of pain after major dental surgery. Will not be going back

Been trying to get a call back from the dentist for 3 days now, since you can't call back cancel my appointment for Tuesday morning. The dentist here was great but the communication from these people are garbage. Had 3 teeth pulled was supposed to get a antibiotic plus pain killers, got a total of 3 pain pills for having 3 teeth pulled. Took days of calling and complaining to get the antibiotic, they said they would give a couple more pain pills but they lied. Staff is definitely a joke and I won't be back.

Fast and friendly service. My young son did not concede to the check-up the first time but they were patient and booked another appointment. By the second visit he was calm and ready for his cleaning. Thank you Norma for your patience.

They never finished what I paid for in advance. I'm CHANGING MY 5 STARS TO A 1 STAR review, because they sent me a review link, AFTER I WALKED OUT OF THE OFFICE BECAUSE I WAS JUST BEING FED EXCUSES, NOT SOLUTIONS. There is nothing like paying over $8,000 up front, only to be dropped like a hot rock. 2 years later and I still don't have a hard liner in my upper plate. Even though I paid IN FULL UP FRONT, 104th Family dental has sent over $900 to collections on me. Since when can you charge up front, not finish the agreed upon procedure, and then send a bill to a creditor?? I was extremely happy with the work performed, until they forgot about me and left me with teeth that don't fit. My original dentist there moved locations, and now the managers of BOTH locations are playing the blame game and not trying to get my PREPAID service finished. Imagine paying for a new motor in your car, in full up front, then the shop forgot about the final steps of the agreed repair, then send a bill to the creditors saying you owe more money. On the same note, the original dentist Dr. Holder was awesome, and everything was 5 star until now. Hopefully they will rectify this and I'll finish my procedure in her new office. Maybe.

I had a wonderful experience with my filling. Dr. Tussing was kind and clear and he was so good at administering lidocaine. His assistant was gentle and reassuring. I was more confident in the quality if the work and more at ease here than at any dentist I have ever been to.
