Dr. Britton graduated from Roosevelt High School in Gary, Indiana. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in biology from Hampton University, Hampton, Virginia, in 1971 and his D.D.S. from Howard University, Washington, D.C. in 1976. He completed a two-year General Dentistry residency at Fort Hood, Texas in 1983. Dr. Britton is a diplomat of the Federal Services Board of General Dentistry and the American Board of General Dentistry. He is also a fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Britton served 22 years in the United States Army Dental Corps and retired in 1999 as a Colonel. Dr. Britton has received many awards and was named Dentist of the year in 2010 by the Tennessee Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Britton enjoys serving his community by volunteering at Good Samaritan Ministries.
When he is not in the office, Dr. Britton is an Elder at St. Bethlehem Christian Church and very active in numerous community activities. He and his wife Nancye are the proud parents of two grown children and have two wonderful grandchildren.
Tammie is the organizer of our practice and makes sure we are covered day-to-day. She has helped changed smiles for over 25 years and her passion is making the treatment that Dr. Hnarakis and Dr. Britton have projected come to reality. She works with patients and addresses any concerns they may have to ensure a beautiful and healthy smile.
Originally from Southern California, she is married with three daughters and two sons and moved to Tennessee in 2006. When Tammie is not at the dental office, youll find her cheering on her youngest daughter at cross country and track meets and going to High School band competitions with her oldest daughter. She loves face timing her grown children and her 3 grandchildren who call her MiMi.
Leslie joined our office in March 2019 and has over six years of insurance coordination experience. Her knowledge and professionalism make the perfect combination to help guide our patients through the ins and outs of dental insurance.
Alyssa came to our office with five years dental experience after graduating from the Dental Staff School of Tennessee in 2014. She is one of the first smiling faces you will see when entering the office. She is here to make sure you receive quality service and attention in the front office area.
Kim joined the practice in 2004 and is one of three Dental Hygienists at 101st Dentistry. She graduated in May of 2004 from Henderson Community College. She earned an Associates Degree in Applied Science. years. She enjoys providing her patients with an excellent dental experience.
Lori has recently joined our practice after moving from Colorado Springs with her husband to be close to family. Lori has a bachelors degree in Community Health Education and a degree in Dental Hygiene from Iowa with over 25 years experience.
Brandy has worked for 101st Dentistry for the past 15 years. She became a Registered Dental Assistant in 2004. In 2006 she attended the University of Tennessee Memphis and received her Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary license. She loves her job and enjoys taking care of her patients.
Caryn has been with our office for eight years. In 2006, she became a Registered Dental Assistant. In 2009, she attended the University of Tennessee Memphis and received her Expanded Function Dental Auxillary license. She enjoys making her patients laugh and feel comfortable.
