Both Dr. Prior and his staff are excellent. I hadn't been to a dentist in about a decade, and I wasn't looking forward to going back. I felt at ease from the moment I walked in. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The facility is modern, clean, and sleek. All of their equipment is top-notch as well. From massage chairs to large screens used to show you exactly what they are seeing. It's obvious that everyone there has great passion for their craft. Laura was upbeat, considerate, and knowledgeable. She explained everything thoroughly and made me laugh in the process. Talking to Dr. Prior feels like talking to an old friend. He answered all of my questions and explained everything perfectly. No one was judgmental -- only friendly and helpful. This place is the whole package. If you're looking for a dentist, come here.

The Staff is so friendly. They always make me feel so welcome when I walk in their doors. Dr Prior is the BEST dentist I have ever had! He is very knowledgeable of his craft, and he does a great job of explaining to me the process I would undergo for my dental work. I cannot say enough good things about him and the rest of the staff. Did I mention they send me home with fresh baked cookies?!?! 5 STARS Update: I got my full dental implants, and they look AMAZING! They feel and look like my own teeth.... ..but much much better. I just ate corn in the cob for the first time in 3 years! It is a glorious feeling Big thanks to Sam and Dr Prior who have been so great to me through my dental journey

Referred to this office by a friend and was very impressed with the care from check in to check out. Reception, assistant, and dentist were all pleasant and explained things every step of the way. I loved that they took the time to listen to and address all my concerns. All in all it was a very comfortable experience.

Called in the morning and was in office for an appointment by 2:00 the same day! Super short wait to be seen, very clean facility, and really friendly staff. Had to call back a few times the same day to work with them on finding a reputable, in-network endodontist (the dentist wanted me to see one due to the complexity of my case) and the staff was so helpful and understanding every time I called! 100 out of 10 would recommend!

Great experience! Dr. Brandon Prior and his staff were wonderful in performing my treatment. Everything was clearly explained step by step. Best of all, I didn't experience any pain!! I highly recommend Dr. Prior at 100 West Dental.

100 West gave me the perfect smile I've always wanted. I love the atmosphere and all the staff is always super kind. I've had a ton of dental work done throughout my life and no other place even compares to the level of treatment you receive here. 100 West is a luxury!

Chipped my tooth over the weekend. Was able to get an appointment for Monday at 2pm. When I walked in at 2 they didn't know what my emergency appointment was for, I walked out the door at 2:40pm with a fixed tooth! The friendliest staff. Very accommodating. Gentle with people afraid of the dentist like myself. This is the ONLY dentist office I have been to where I don't get stressed and clench the armrest. They make me feel so comfortable! Highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

Absolutely wonderful experience, the staff are experts and extremely thorough! They create the best treatment plan for you and examine each individual tooth and the solution for every problem. Felt comfortable the entire time, highly recommend coming here!
