I came into this business with a friend of mine that I work for who has a developmental disability , who needed urgent dental care and was in pain. I actually called the night before and told them it was an emergency and they took him in right away. I often get concerned when I take the people I work for into a new medical establishment that I have not used before because change can cause a lot of anxiety, and if the doctor does not have a lot of experience with the developmentally disabled community there can be difficulty with communication resulting in diminished quality of care. This was not the case in this situation. The dentist seemed to have a level experience with people with Autism, she directly connected to my friend and was able to have very compassionate and effective communication with him, even though he was stressed out and had slight difficulty following her directions. The dentist was very friendly and understanding and so were her staff. They were also very knowledgeable and have great customer service skills. One thing that is huge to me is that even though she knew I was the care provider taking down all of the information, she directly spoke to him and explained everything to him in a way that he would understand, and did not speak to me as if he was not there.

We are going back next week for the tooth removal, and I feel confident and comfortable and so does my friend. I am excited to continue to work with this dentist, I would recommend her to everybody in the county… p.s. if you pay cash she offers a 10% discount.

The best dentist that I have ever been to. The staff is really nice and the doctor really cares for her patients health. If I ever have a problem or feel pain I give her a call even if it is late at night and she is always prompt at getting back to me and doing her best to help me and getting me an appointment.
