A dental specialist has dedicated additional years beyond their dental degree for advanced training. Board-certification is the highest accomplishment that can be achieved, which upholds a standard of excellence. Dr. Y and Dr. Rachel are also Diplomates in their fields. This means their credentials have been verified and are maintained annually. Additionally, Dr. Y is one of the very few dual- trained and double board-certified practicing specialists in both pediatric dentistry and orthodontics.

Emergencies

Our investment in advanced technology means a long-term investment in our patient's future, because state-of the art technology invites informed decision-making and enables you to make wise choices concerning your child's dental health.


Digital Radiographs
This form of dental radiography offers a more efficient, comfortable, and safer (reduced radiation) modality for dental disease diagnosis.
Non-radiographic Imaging
To reduce the frequency of x-rays, we can use non-radiographic imaging in between our regular scheduled x-rays.
Reverse Osmosis and Ozone Filtration
Our office uses an advanced water filtration system that purifies, deionizes, and disinfects our water lines. We filter the air in the office with a centralized UV and ozone filtration system.
Laser Dentistry
The Waterlase laser by Biolase provides our patients with gentler, kinder, and faster procedures. It is a safe and easy way to treat cavities and other common dental conditions - oftentimes without having to use local anesthesia. It has also proved to be the most effective and least invasive mode of treatment for performing tongue-tie and lip-tie releases.
3D Imaging
Our office has recently incorporated the newest 3D CBCT technology that produces the highest resolution images with the lowest radiation exposure.
Intra-oral Scanning and 3D Printing
There is no need to worry about those dreadful dental impressions. Intra-oral scanning and 3D printing allows for better precision, better quality, and efficiency.
