I was very impressed with the level of service that I received from Dr. Shah. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. My procedure did not take long and was not painful. He came highly recommended by my dentist who also did his root canal.I knew that I was in good hands. His staff Hailey and Rhonda were very friendly and answered a lot of my questions beforehand and after which put me at ease. I would recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Wheeler is great! I have had a lot of root canals and was fortunate to have Dr. Wheeler for two. When it came time to schedule yesterday’s appointment, I knew I wanted to see him. He is the best! ! I am well qualified to judge. Hopefully that was my last root canal but if it isn’t, I will definitely trust him to handle any other that surfaces. I highly recommend him; the entire process was virtually painless, and I was never uncomfortable. Remember, it was his second perfect root canal for me. 5+ stars.

Dr. Wheeler and staff are so professional and courteous. Very friendly and concerned about my comfort. Dr. Wheeler is very good at making sure I was pain free. Never once did I feel any pain or discomfort. The best I have ever experienced!
At the Griffin location It has been my 3rd time there and every single time it has been a breeze, and I don’t feel anxious at all, Dr. Ben Wheeler and his team make you feel comfortable and understand everything that is going on.
Dr. Shah and his staff are amazing. I called in severe pain, and they worked a miracle and got me in and out of pain that day! Dr. Shah was very compassionate, explained everything so I could understand, then did an excellent job on my tooth. I will definitely use again if I need another root canal!
Dr. Shah and his staff provided stellar service. I love how soft-spoken Dr. Shah. He is thorough in his education and very sympathetic with his patient’s discomfort. He did a great job doing 2 root canals and follow up care till a crown could be obtained. I’m a veteran and he was super to deal with the VA in regard to compensation!!!! 5 stars all around!!!
None of us expect nor desire this kind of procedure, however, it happens when we least expect it despite the care we give to our oral health. Should you ever need root canal treatment, this place is outstanding for superior work, compassionate care, great service, attention to detail and all questions answered. I’ve been multiple times, and they never disappoint!

I went to three dentists before landing at Endodontic Associates of Atlanta. I was referred to by Walmart dental. Booking was easy. I was running a bit late, and they called to check on me. I arrived signed paperwork digitally, swished my mouth with mouthwash and peroxide, and they got started. I was in and out within an hour. The doctor was kind, informative, and had great energy. This was my first root canal. I highly recommend this office. The staff was great as well.
I came in for a consultation this morning and was greeted with friendly staff and knowledgeable doctors. Unfortunately, I did end up getting a root canal. The receptionist found a cancelation and was able to get me in the same day seeing in how much pain I was.I had issues with my insurance which was handled with outmost care. Hailey even sat on the phone with me and spoke to the insurance company. Dr. Shah was caring, knowledgeable and efficient. I would recommend the whole team. If you need a root canal the Griffin office is the place to go.
