As a Frankfort native, Dr. Hoover believes small is better. With over 30 years of experience and a straight forward philosophy, Dr. Hoover is an expert in catering to your dental needs. Taylor H. Hoover received his undergrad from Murray State University and received his DMD from the University of Kentucky in 1986. He's the proud father of two boys and has been happily married for over 20 years.
