Allison Whitson2024-04-01I have had a wonderful experience with Dr Hazen and the entire staff of Mountain View Family Dentistry. After relocating to this area from another state, where my dentist was a close friend, I had so many concerns about finding a new practice. The issue came to a head when I cracked a tooth on vacation and returned home with a raging infection. Dr Hazen was able to see me right away to begin treatment and schedule my root canal procedure. There were some complications due to the severity of the infection, but Dr Hazen’s team kept on top of the situation, and the new crown that was placed fits perfectly. For routine cleanings and checkups, Dr Hazen has worked with me to make accommodations for my anxiety and “white coat syndrome”. This team is caring, compassionate, empathetic, and a pleasure to work with.

After completing my Invisalign I needed to have an implant and sinus lift and was worried I would have to have these 2 things done not only at separate times but at 2 different locations. Dr Hazen with her skills and knowledge she was able to do my sinus lift and dental implant in the same day! I am a week out and I have had ZERO bruising and very minimal swelling and no pain hardly at all!!! I HIGHLY recommend her for your dental work! Hailey, the dental assistant kept me in the know and helped me over come my anxiety of it all ❤️

From first contact with reception through the final extraction and recovery, Dr. Hazen and her staff were the consummate dental professionals. They went the extra mile by coordinating my dental work with the medical doctors who were providing ongoing medical care. Knowledgeable and articulate, all the team members clearly knew what they were doing. Their confidence gave me confidence. Doctor Hazen's skills were nothing short of amazing. I experienced no pain at all during or after the procedure, and took no pain medication - not even ibuprofen or acetaminophen.
