Dr. Rahm holds a dental degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, and dedicates countless hours to continuing education each year, bringing the latest technologies and techniques to his patients. Insurance and Easy Payment Options
We see patients with many different insurance plans.
We accept payments from most insurance companies. However, Chesterfield Valley Dental is only “in-network” with Delta Dental Premier and all other plans will be considered “out-of-network.”
If your dental insurance plan allows you to select your own dentist, we will accept your insurance and will gladly submit a claim to your insurance company on your behalf, and we can always check your specific plan's coverage and limitations for you. We will also do our best to provide you with an out-of-pocket estimate before any treatment begins and can work with you to figure out the best financial arrangements to meet your needs.
If your insurance plan does not accept the claim or you do not currently have dental insurance, you will be responsible for payment. We offer a range of payment options including cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card. For making payments over time, ask us about CareCredit financing. We can provide you with a brochure on this plan and instructions on how to apply, or you can apply online through their website.
